Nestled in a beautiful barn in the middle of a meadow, under the warmth of the sun, we will move, flow, play and remember what it feels like to have breathing space and a lighter load.
Our culture is built on the default habit of staying constantly and consistently busy. But the truth is, we are not meant to run on exhaustion and depletion. Being stressed, burnt out and forever on-the-go isn’t what we were placed here on this planet for.
With space and time to regroup, we can breathe and recalibrate. Take this time, recenter and align yourself on all levels and practice the art of pratyahara (the yogic practice of turning off the mind by voluntarily shutting out distractions).
